School Oh my where do I start. 4 years of high school, 5 schools (we moved around a lot back then). 3 schools in 1972. That was rough. It was almost 6 schools when we moved to Denair & the school there wanted me & my sister. We were allowed to finish up at Hughson due to the short time remaining in the school year. Here's the list: 1969-70 Analy High, Sebastopol, CA 1970-71 Rancho Cotate High, Rohnert Park, CA 1971-72 Chester High, Chester, CA 1972-72 Crestmoor High, San Bruno, CA 1972-73 Hughson High, Hughson, CA I enjoyed Chester and Hughson as they were small schools and practically everyone was involved in something or another. You also knew almost everyone. That's hard in big schools. Analy & Rancho Cotate were big schools. Rancho Cotate was where I went with most of my friends from Elementary School in Cotati. Crestmoor in San Bruno was huge. I was in the band at all these schools and involved in sports too. I know I was a scrub but it was still fun. I tried to get involved in some other things, not knowing when or if we were going to move again. So I kept to myself, semi-private like I guess you could say.
